Refund policy

In short

Because the product is digital, we do not refund after you have downloaded or opened it, except where the product is not as described, is defective, or the law requires a refund.

How to ask

Email support@modernmarino.com within 14 days of your payment with your order number and what went wrong. We will reply with what we can do. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Act.

What happens to your access

If we refund an order, access to the package is switched off for future downloads. Copies you already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Refunds are paid back to the account you paid from.
